Wedding Package Terms & Conditions

1. Our Guarantee: 

We take bookings very seriously. This is your wedding day/event we are talking about here and that is everything to us. We guarantee that we will honour every single booking made with us!

In the event of an unforeseen "Act of God" we will make every provision to find a suitable replacement to ensure that you will still receive any services you've booked with us. If such an event prevents us from fulfilling our obligation a full refund will be tendered back to you. This has never happened and it is our aim to keep it that way.

2. Payment structure: 

A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged upon booking. This allows us to reserve the date for your wedding and to begin planning the greatest music experience possible. Upon booking we will be in touch to get the planning underway!

The remaining 50% will be charged 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. With the "business" side of things squared away the final countdown to your big day and party will be on!

3. Our availability:

Please get in touch with Brad as soon as possible to ensure that you do not miss out on your preferred service and date. We offer our availability on every package page. Feel free to book directly on the page of your chosen service or by getting in touch via our contact form or by phone. Unfortunately booking services for weddings and events is a time sensitive task and our policy is to commit to whoever first books our services for any given day.

4. Information we require:

We will provide you with a timeline of all of this stuff but here it is just so you know and for your reference. In order to help us plan the music portion of your wedding, we ask that you provide us with a copy of your itinerary 2 weeks before the date of your wedding. 

We also request that you please provide us with at least 1 month notice so that we can prepare for the following special considerations:

-Any special song requests for your ceremony (we will learn up to 3 songs for you for such important moments as: The Procession, The Bride's walk down the aisle, The signing of the documents, and Recessional)

-A wedding party entrance song list so that you and your party can enter the reception in your own unique way.

-Songs for your first dance, the mother-son dance, & the father-daughter dance.

-Any song requests for the party DJ to mix into their set as they see appropriate to the vibe and escalation of your party.

-Any other musical considerations you'd like us to take into account.

5. Travel Fees:

Our services are available all over Ontario (and throughout Canada/Overseas as well). We will include a travel fee for any weddings taking place outside of our "home radius" to account for our added travel costs and time. Travel fees will be calculated and added to the final payment due 2 weeks before the event date. Here is a breakdown:

a) A travel distance of 100km from the Downtown Toronto core is Included in our pricing, this is our home radius.

b) Additional mileage is calculated at $50.00 per extra 50km, per person.

<100km from Downtown Toronto = Travel Included

100km-150km from Downtown Toronto = $50.00 per person travel fee

150km-200km = $100.00 per person travel fee

200km-250km = $150.00 per person travel fee

And so on.

Out of Province/Country bookings can be dealt with on a case by case basis as further arrangements would need to be made.

6. If your day is marked as unavailable we can still help!

We offer our calendar when making a booking as a resource to help you book your wedding music. When a service is booked and we receive your deposit your selected time slot will be removed from our availability so that we can keep our promise of holding your date for you. That being said we have many vendor partners including multiple DJs and performers and we would love to work with you to put together an amazing package for you even if a date is marked off as booked in our calendar. 7. Add-ons, Discounts, & Promotions

Additional service add-ons can be made. Costs of additional services will be added on to the final remaining balance, due 2 weeks before the event. 

Add-ons include:

MCing: +$200

Extra hour of music: +$100 per person

Add-ons, discounts and special promotion pricing will be applied to 2nd payment (final) payment due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Deposits to save the date and book our services will always be 50% of original package/service pricing plus taxes.

8. Additional costs required by your venue

Our clients will be responsible for additional costs such as plug-in fee & any special insurance requirements, as required by the wedding venue.
